Men, join us this coming Tuesday to pray the Rosary and to take part in our monthly Scotch Social.
Please bring the following:
- A bottle of your favourite drink or a light snack to share (if you feel so inclined)
- A fellow brother in Christ!
Why a Scotch Social?
- The Sodality of Saint Joseph hosts a monthly Scotch Social to foster fellowship and brotherhood among the Catholic gentlemen. Once a month, after the Men’s Rosary, we share Scotch to build bonds of friendship and trust.
- Rooted in Catholic values, the event emphasizes moderation (19+) and provides an opportunity for meaningful conversations on faith, family, and love for Christ. We’ll also have non-alcoholic drinks available for those who prefer, or who are unable to drink.
Inspired by Saints who enjoyed alcohol in moderation, the Scotch Social reflects the Church’s tradition of celebrating life and community with virtue and gratitude.

- Men’s Rosary: 8-8:30pm at the Cathedral 91 Waterloo Street
- Scotch Social: 8:45pm-10pm at 325 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John, NB (8 minute drive from the Cathedral)
