Please note:
As mentioned at our Sodality meeting in May, our group will be taking a break over the summer. Our monthly masses will continue however, but on the specific dates noted on our events page.
So please join us on Tuesday, evening June 23rd, for our next Monthly Sodality Mass + Rosary with Fr McGowan at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception at 8pm.
Our regular monthly cadence will resume in September!
Since Tuesday, November 15th, 2022, our will group will have prayed together almost every single Tuesday (with few exceptions). Roughly speaking, these 172 Tuesdays translate into 8,800 Hail Mary’s and 1,760 Rosaries prayed together. Continue pray the Rosary every day! We’ll see you soon.
Why a special Mass
for Men?
- To challenge us to do better! We need instruction in order to root out our vices and grow in virtue as soldiers of Christ, as Catholic Men; seeking Holiness.
- Proverbs 27:17 – Iron sharpeneth iron, so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend!
- To teach us to be the spiritual heads of our households, to lead our families and communities to Christ!
- To be servant leaders like St Joseph – strongly rooted in the Cardinal Virtues of Humility, Charity, Chastity, Gratitude, Temperance, Patience, and Diligence.
- To build a brotherhood of Catholic men serious about getting to Heaven!
- Our group exists to promote the Holy Rosary as a means of growing in love and fidelity to Christ, through his Blessed Mother, and in the example of St Joseph.
- Our weekly Rosary’s, monthly Masses and scotch socials create a strong sense of camaraderie where men form solid friendships and support each other in their Faith.
Join us as we pray for Pope Leo XIV, Our Bishop, his priests, our families and ourselves! We ask that God will make us into the Men; the Saints, that he is calling us to be.
